Who thinks to clean out their septic tank until they have a problem? That's what happened to us and when we called around, places like Dampier told me they were booked til May. Most others were 2-3 weeks out. I have 6 people in my house and couldn't wait that long. Fortunately, I called Modern Septic & Plumbing and Melissa said she could be out "tomorrow". NOTE: They are NOT Modern Septic, that's a different company. These folks were fantastic. Prompt, Professional and very knowledgeable and helpful answering all my questions. They have 4 trucks and the one they showed up with looked brand new. If you need a drain field, they can do that as well. This will be my first call next time. Thanks.

I had Russ and Melissa come out to drain and clean the filter on my septic tank. Both were amazing, professional, courteous and charged exactly what I was quoted on the phone. They also helped advising me what was best for our system. To add to this, their response time was immediate! I called them right before their office closed and they were out here the very next morning. Given that I live in Keystone Heights Fl. Everyone else I called was either booked for over a week or a no show. To add to this, their price was lower than the competition. I will definitely be using this company again!

They were previously Branson and son's and even with the partnership they've made with Modern Septic, we still get the best service. Chaz Branson is extremely knowledgeable in this line of work. Never one question I ask goes unanswered, and it's usually followed by more great information. With no pun intended Chaz knows his $#!+!. I highly recommend them.

Two of our toilets did not flush and got backed up on Friday. I called them Friday night and they showed Saturday morning. They emptied our septic tank and then unclogged the toilets with their tools. Great service!!!

Literally had a septic nightmare !!! Woke up an my house smelt soooo bad ! Walked outside and seen my brain field was over filling . My first step was to get ahold over a septic company everyone was booking 3 weeks out when I called modern Chaz answered right anyway an was here within an hour pumping my septic out! He gave me good an bad news but was sure to explain everything not holding back, had an answer for every question I had. I now know what I have to do to looking forward a will know the round about price . Will for sure be going through modern to replace my drain field an any septic problems I have in the future !
