I will just start out by saying this was one of the best experiences ever from a top notch company… Had to get my tank pumped for the first time, and calling around to other companies was kinda disappointing for one… No answer, no return calls from the messages I left… I called Modern Septic and left a message and in about an hour I received a return call… Such a polite and respectful callback… I was set up with an appointment two days later and was told the technician would be here between 10-11am and yup right on time… Quick and knowledgeable and was willing to let me know how the whole pumping process was going… A1 integrity from start to finish, awesome quality for a company…More than highly recommended… I wish I could give 10 stars…

Another outstanding experience with the fine folks from Modern Septic.  This is my second time using them to pump out my tank and they were absolutely the best!
